Quick Ratatouille


2 cups of Dave's Gourmet Organic Hearty Marinara

2 bell peppers (yellow or orange), chopped

1 large zucchini, cut into bite size pieces

1 yellow onion, chopped

1 eggplant, cut into bite size pieces

3 cloves of garlic, chopped

fresh basil

olive oil





  1. Sauté the bell peppers, zucchini, onion, eggplant and garlic in olive oil.

  2. Add 2 cups of pasta sauce and 1 cup water. Stir in some fresh basil.

  3. Simmer until vegetables are tender.
