You like our stuff, heck, WE like our stuff... so Dave's Gourmet Inc. is hosting a recipe contest wherein you submit a recipe using Dave's Gourmet products in the ingredients, "our stuff". Here's your chance to take those amazing dinners you are making at home with Dave's fabulous pasta sauces and hot sauces and share them with the rest of the world.

Now...for the offical stuff...

OFFICIAL RULES:
NO ADDITIONAL PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

ELIGIBILITY:
The Dave’s Gourmet Recipe Contest (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, and the District of Columbia (US), age 18 or older at time of entry. Void outside the United States, in Puerto Rico, and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees of Dave’s Gourmet, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and individuals and the immediate family members of and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

DATES:
The Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on 10/23/2012, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PST on 12/31/2012 (“Contest Period”). All Entries must be received by Monday, December 31, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. PST.

HOW TO ENTER:
Enter the Contest online by submitting an original Entry through the entry form on the Contest web page, CLICK HERE TO ENTER!

All Entries must meet the following general criteria:

• Must be original, have never been previously published, posted, and/or won any prizes or awards.
• Must identify recipe name
• Must include at least one food product by Dave’s Gourmet.
• Must include complete list of ingredients with exact quantities in the order they are used
• Must include complete instructions on preparing the recipe along with cooking time, temperature and description of cookware.
• Can include photo of dish (but photo will not be judged). Photos may not depict any individuals but should feature the finished dish from the recipe being entered.
• Must not reference any company other than Sponsor or any trademarks, service marks, logos, or brands other than the Dave’s Gourmet marks and products.
• Must not violate, misappropriate or infringe any third party’s intellectual property, proprietary, or other rights.

All recipes become the property of Dave’s Gourmet, Inc, which reserves the right to reformulate, edit, adapt, publish, use and/or advertise recipes.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any Entry that it deems inappropriate, unlawful, objectionable, offensive, or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules. Entries that are determined to be copies of other entries submitted in the Contest or plagiarized from other websites and/or publications will be void and disqualified.

JUDGING:
The winning recipe will be based on the following criteria: originality, appearance, and taste. Decisions of the judge will be final and binding on all matters.
PRIZES:
Grand Prize (1): $50 credit for use on any Dave’s Gourmet product online at www.davesgourmet.com.*
Other acceptable entries/recipes will be posted on Dave’s Gourmet’s website.

*The cost of shipping will be covered by Dave’s Gourmet for any orders $50 and below. User is responsible for shipping cost on all orders above $50.
